2023 Visa Retail Branch Promotion

Promotion Overview

This exciting promotion is open to Visa issuing clients of debit, credit (consumer and business), digital wallet and prepaid cards for which PSCU/Primax is the card processor. This is an in-branch acquisition marketing campaign to generate new debit, credit and prepaid accounts at financial institution branches, using training, marketing tools and employee incentives provided by PSCU.

Branch Managers will be provided the Kick off Presentation recording and prepare their branch for the Surprise Safari promotion.

Campaign Details

This campaign is designed to train branch employees on the benefits of and motivate them to sell your financial institution’s Visa credit, debit, digital wallet and reloadable prepaid cards. Branches are provided access to online training modules and a game site to play for prizes.

Each employee will receive a gift card when they successfully complete the training. Each employee will also receive a chance to win a gift card for each new Visa application or referral obtained. If a prize is won, the employee will receive an email confirmation with a link to redeem their prize from Amazon, iTunes, Barnes & Noble, or Target.

Branch Manager Responsibilities

Branch managers play an important role in this promotion by overseeing the campaign, keeping the employees motivated and distributing gameplay codes. Read or watch the Branch Manager Kick off Presentation to learn all this campaign entails.

To prepare for the kick-off:

• Submit Branch Summary info directly on promotion site.

• Place poster in branch break room to keep employees reminded of the promotion.

• Schedule a kick-off meeting with the employees.

• Set employee goals and expectations.

• Demonstrate online training and schedule sessions for employees to complete course.

• Remind them they will receive a gift card for completing the training quiz.

• Carefully review the Manager’s Guide provided with this promotion.

• Maintain the list of gameplays provided by Advisors Plus prior to the promotion.

• Distribute gameplays to employees for each Visa referral or application received.

• Excite employees and remind them of the available prizes!
