Promotion Overview

The Awareness Initiative Campaign is designed to serve as an educational effort to highlight your financial institution’s card features.

All of your cardholders would benefit from receiving information about the many features of your financial institution’s card.

Here are the qualifying requirements:

  • Account is open

  • Not delinquent or over limit

  • Open for at least 3 months

  • Eligible for marketing messages

Participation

  • Financial Institutions can choose to enroll credit and/or debit portfolios

  • These messages will be delivered via email for a more cost-effective approach

  • Financial Institutions will review the Fall theme choice

  • Financial Institutions may decide to send the message to specific products only

  • Financial Institutions will provide a URL to be included in the email to click for further information

Participating Financial Institutions are responsible for the following items:

  • Review files and reporting posted to ReportVue/WebReports

  • For instructions on how to set-up email alerts for Advisors Plus reports, please refer to A+ Auto File & Report Email Notification instructions.

  • Review marketing creative templates

  • Review includes Financial Institution name, return address, email 'from' address, association reference and logos, and Financial Institution logos.

  • Creative proofs will be sent via DocuSign for Financial Institution review and reference.
