Founded in 1977, longtime CEO Dave Serlo built a foundation of noble standards for employees when he shaped the culture of PSCU. We offer industry-leading credit, debit and prepaid card servicing to more than 18 million cardholders, and innovative bill payment solutions to over a million online bill payment subscribers.

Since 1977, PSCU has been a leading provider of traditional and online financial services to credit unions. We also provide a range of ecommerce solutions options to include mobile/digital wallets and mobile banking. All of these services are backed by outstanding support from our 24/7/365 call centers located (hyperlink word “located” to our “Locations” landing page) throughout the United States. Each call center performs 24/7/365 member servicing, new member acquisitions, cross selling, lending, and collections as well as support for our credit, debit, and prepaid cardholders; and our online bill payment subscribers.
