PSCU 2023 Turnkey Campaign Package

Combining industry best practices, this program is a powerful boost to increase credit and debit card performance throughout the year. By enrolling in this program you have a selection of campaigns to run each season. Choose the one that help you interact and engage with your cardholders best:

Spring - Choose between:

• A Spring Activation/Retention Campaign that incents them to use their credit and/or debit card to earn incentives.

• A Home Improvement Spend and Get Campaign that incents the use of credit and/or debit cards for Home Improvement purchases.

• Acquiring new credit, debit, prepaid and/or digital wallet cardholders with our Visa^® Retail Branch Promotion. This a fun training program for your employees. The best part is they earn chances to win gift cards each time they sell one of your cards!

Summer - Choose between:

• Amazon^® Spend and Get Email Campaign that incents the use of your credit and/or debit cards for Amazon purchases.

• An Awareness Email Campaign that encourages the use of credit and/or debit cards for Amazon purchases. Having your card registered at Amazon ensures future purchases from this merchant.

• Visa^® Retail Branch Promotion. WE love this campaign so much we are offering it each season!

Fall - Choose between:

• Our Back to School Spend and Get Campaign that engages with credit and/or debit cardholders and incents them to use your card for their school purchases.

• Back to School Awareness Campaign that encourages cardholders to your their credit and/or debit card for spring home projects.

• Visa^® Retail Branch Promotion. WE love this campaign so much we are offering it each season!

Winter - Choose between:

• Engage with and incent your credit and debit cardholders to use their credit or debit card during the holiday season with the choice of our Holiday Spend and Get or Awareness Campaign, thus making your card the one they reach for while shopping.

• Visa^® Retail Branch Promotion. WE love this campaign so much we are offering it each season!

Participation

If your financial institution wishes to participate, please complete and submit the enrollment form prior to January 31, 2023.

Pricing

Pricing is per engaged cardholder and includes campaign set up, printing and postage. Financial institutions are responsible for cardholder incentives awarded in the Activation and Spend and Get campaigns. There is no cost to participate in the Visa Retail Branch promotion.

Implementation Fee:

• Enrollment by 1/15/23 - $1,650

• Enrollment after 1/15/23 - $1,950

Per Piece cardholder Tiered pricing

Cancellation Fee: $1,000 (only applicable for cancellation less than 30 days prior to launch).

Incentive Costs – Activation/Retention: $1 per transaction, with cap of $20 for inactive and $10 for low active cardholders.

Incentive Cost – Home Improvement and Back to School Spend and Get Campaigns: $15 rebate for $500 of qualified transactions, $25 rebate for $1000 of qualified transactions.

Incentive Cost – Holiday Spend and Get Campaigns: $25 rebate for $1,000 or more of qualified transactions.
