Your Health and Safety is a Top Priority

The health and safety of all who enter our workplace is a top priority. The information contained on this page represents PSCU’s current practices regarding the operation of our facilities as we navigate the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. If the position you are pursuing requires you, now or in the future, to perform your function or report on-site at a PSCU location or travel on behalf of PSCU, please be aware that there are specific entry procedures and COVID-19 safety measures in place that you will be expected to follow as a condition of employment. PSCU manages these processes and protocols, and some are administered through third-party digital applications that you will be expected to use as well, in compliance federal, state or local laws. More information regarding PSCU’s COVID-19 safety protocols and how they impact our workforce are available at the time of hire.

Face Covering Policy

We firmly believe that this policy supports the diverse needs and beliefs of our staff and provides a choice – and we feel this is the right thing to do to protect our PSCU family. Applies to all employees. Rather than requiring all employees to get vaccinated, we opted for a solution that gives employees the freedom to choose:

Vacinated Individuals

Fully vaccinated individuals who provide proof of vaccination in the CLEAR Health Pass app will not be required to wear a face mask/PPE while on a PSCU campus, when meeting with other employees (on-site or off-site) or attending any PSCU-sponsored event or meeting (unless required by the venue where the event or meeting is being hosted).

Unvacinated Individuals

Unvaccinated individuals, those not yet fully vaccinated, or those who choose not to provide proof will be required to wear an approved face mask/PPE at all times when on-site, except when seated at their workstation or actively eating/drinking. Face masks must also be worn at all times in conference rooms and training rooms.

Daily Entry Process

In order to ensure every individual entering a PSCU facility has answered the daily health screening questions and reserved a workstation (if needed), all employees and visitors must enter through the main doors/front entrance. As part of the PSCU COVID-19 Vaccination and Face Covering Policy, the following steps are required for entry to the building each day by our staff:

Health Screening Questions All employees – regardless of vaccination status – are required to answer three daily health screening questions in the CLEAR Health Pass mobile app prior to coming on-site for any reason or meeting with other employees at PSCU-sponsored events.
Reserve a Workspace & Check-in All employees must also check-in to their workstation each day via the Condeco mobile app. Employees without a dedicated workstation are required to reserve a workstation each day prior to coming on-site, check-in upon arrival and show that reservation to the Security Guard upon entry along with the CLEAR app green screen.
Show Security Guard Your Mobile Device Upon entering the building, all employees must show the green screen on their device to the Security Guard as well as their workstation reservation in the Condeco mobile app or website (if applicable)..
Face Covering Expectations Fully vaccinated individuals who upload proof of vaccination in the CLEAR Health Pass app will not be required to wear a face mask/PPE while on a PSCU campus, when meeting with other employees (on-site or off-site) or attending any PSCU-sponsored event or meeting (unless required by the venue where the event or meeting is being hosted). Unvaccinated individuals or those who choose not to provide proof will be required to wear an approved face mask/PPE at all times, except when seated at their workstation or actively eating/ drinking. Face masks must also be worn at all times in conference rooms and training rooms.

Social Distancing

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends social distancing as an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Social distancing is the practice of staying at least six feet from other people, regardless of vaccination status, and avoiding contact with others, such as handshakes or hugs. Practices in place to promote social distancing on PSCU campuses include:
