Formed in 1954 to serve the workforce of the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, APL FCU has since grown to serve approximately 30,000 members who live, work, regularly conduct business or attend school in Howard County, Maryland. Beginning later this month, PSCU will provide contact center support to APL FCU. The credit union plans to launch its new card program in September 2023.
